*Please keep in mind that arrival time refers to delivery time only, this does NOT include the time needed to prepare your order. Most orders are ready to ship within one day of ordering but some orders may take additional time and loving.
TERMS TO CONSIDER PRIOR TO ORDERING:
- We ship to all Countries and accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover. You may also pay with a PayPal account or mail in a money order. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. The total at the last stage of your checkout is the total you will be charged. For more about money order payments, read our FAQ page.
- Due to recent fraudulent charges, it is suggested that International customers provide us with a matching billing/shipping address. As a precaution, International customers who fail to provide us with matching addresses may need to re-confirm their information. This may cause a shipping delay of 3-7 business days.
- Although we have successfully shipped thousands of packages to International countries, please order at your own risk. If you would like to be fully covered, please contact us before ordering to purchase shipping insurance, otherwise once orders are shipped and out of our hands, we can no longer control the shipment of your package.
- Monikapolitan.com will not be responsible or liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages that occur without the purchase of insurance. We can however provide proof of shipment and a LN customs number on all orders.
- International customers who select the "first class international" shipping method do NOT get detailed tracking numbers but you will receive a Customs Form Confirmation number. This LN number is given as proof of shipment and usually only updates when postage is made, your package leaves the United States Custom office and occasionally when your package is delivered. In some cases, no update will appear. If you would like detailed tracking of your package please select Priority or Express International shipping. Tracking and LN numbers can be checked at usps.com
- It is important that you are patient when ordering internationally. Due to customs delays, it could take up to a month and a half for First-Class International packages to arrive (depending on your distance and the customs procedures.) To help your order pass customs smoothly and avoid taxes, we mark your packages as "gifts" and lower the customs value. Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price nor shipping and handling charges. If taxes happen to occur during transit, these charges are the buyers responsibility.
- If a package is undeliverable, most times it is sent back to our address. If it has been more than 2 months and your package has yet to be delivered you can call the USPS international Inquiry Center at 1800-222-1811. Make sure to have your LN number on hand.
