Please read all FAQ's before asking a question or ordering. By placing an order at Monikapolitan.com you agree with and understand everything stated on this site.
Make sure to give a valid email address during your checkout, this is where you will receive your receipt, tracking info (if given) & where you will be notified if we have a question or item on backorder.
Double check the shipping address you provide during checkout, Monikapolitan is not responsible for address changes unless you contact us immediately after you place the order.
If you would like extra services like signature confirmation or insurance for your packages, please contact me before you order. Once your order is shipped & out of our hands, Monikapolitan cannot control the time it takes for your package to arrive. Monikapolitan is also not responsible in giving refunds for lost or stolen packages along the way unless your package was insured.

Do I have to pay using My Credit Card or Paypal Account?

No you don't! Monikapolitan accepts Paypal, Credit Cards, Money orders or Sealed Cash. When paying online you may use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. You DO NOT need a paypal account but if you have one already, you may use it.

CASH OR MONEY ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED AS WELL!! Monikapolitan is aware that not everyone has or trusts credit cards. If you would like to pay with a money order or sealed cash, simply FILL OUT THIS FORM and follow all directions.

How secure is this store when ordering?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Monikapolitan.com does not have access to your credit card information, however we do have access to your shipping address.

Do you except returns or exchanges, can I have my money back?
Sorry but currently we DON NOT offer returns or exchanges. For information on returns and such please read the Returns & Exchanges page for more info.

I have a question about my order, who do I ask?
First, please make sure you have read the Shipping Info page. If your answer is not there, please contact me with either your TRANSACTION ID or the EMAIL you gave when purchasing your items.



Do you ship Worldwide?
Yessss! Monikapolitan ships WORLDWIDE so it doesn't matter where you live or what language you speak, order away!! Please keep in mind International orders will take longer get reach you, to read more on how and when you will receive your item(s) Click Here.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Because Monikapolitan.com will be opening a BIGGER & BETTER online store this March 09, shipping days will only be on Fridays until everything is sorted out. For more please read the SHIPPING INFO page.

Why didn't I receive a tracking number?
Sometimes, smaller packages under 13 ounces will not get a tracking number however, one may be requested during checkout under "special instructions." International customers (out of the United States) will NOT receive a tracking number unless you have a very very LARGE package that requires express mail.



The item I want isn't there!?
If you see an item you want (in a specific style or color) but the choice isn’t there to buy then that means that item in that style or color is SOLD OUT :( Just be patient, monikapolitan will restock soon!
What should I know about ordering Hand-Made items?
When ordering from a hand-made category, keep in mind that each one of those items is made individually. Some slight differences may occur in each one, which makes them extra one-of-a-kind & super dee duper original! Also keep in mind that Monikapolitan's handmade items are usually made when ordered, so please be patient when waiting for your items!
