We accept money orders in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order. You have a guarantee of your ordered products for 10 business days after order is placed. If failure to send money order after 10 business days, your order will be canceled.

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Most of the time products that are unavailable or on Pre-Order at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available. If for some reason an item is no longer available, you will be granted a refund or have the choice of choosing another item of same value. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within 72 hours if ordered by 5:00PM on Monday-Friday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order within 48 hours after ordering, if it has not already been shipped.
Pre-Ordered Items- An estimated ship date will always be given in the product's description. This is just an ESTIMATE of when your item should ship however, they may ship a few days sooner or later than this date. Possible delays on pre-ordered items must be taken into consideration by the customer prior to ordering. The shipping method will be bumped up to USPS Priority if it has been 5 business days over the estimated ship date and the item still hasn't shipped. If for some reason that no longer becomes available, then you will receive a full refund for that item.

Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your purchase in exchange for Monikapolitan store credit ONLY! Only new clothing may be returned: accessories, vintage or sunglasses are a final purchase and may not be returned. Store credit is issued for items returned 1-2 weeks after received and shipping costs do not get credited unless notited otherwise. Clothing must be unworn and in original packing, if original clear packing is not included a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your credit. Your store credit code will be given after your RMA request is accepted and fully completed.
Refunds will not be accepted without an RMA #. You must request your RMA # before sending your unwanted item. Once an RMA # is given, you must ship your unwanted items back immediately! If time exceeds 15 business days (after RMA was made,) a 15% fee will be deducted from the final credit cost. You as the customer are responsible for ALL extra shipping costs. Money back or refunds can NOT be given. |

| Shipping Time -- Shipping occurs 48-72 hours after order is placed, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM on Fridays will not ship until Monday. Although you may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
International Customers purchasing from the United States-- (Although we try our best to make your package look personal) Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price nor shipping and handling charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product. availability.
Please make sure to provide us with the correct shipping address when ordering. If you live in an apartment or have a PO box, we are not responsible for failure of notifications if your package is to large to fit in your slot. You as the customer are responsible for providing us with extra shipping costs if your package gets returned for any reason stated above.
Once your order is shipped and out of our hands we can no longer control the shipment of your package. Monikapolitan.com will not be responsible or liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages that occur without purchase of insurance. We can however provide proof of shipment on all orders. If you would like insurance purchased for your package you must contact us before ordering. |

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |
