I do not live in the United States, can I still order online?
Yes, International customers from ANYWHERE in the world may order from Monikapolitan.com! Paypal converts your currency to US Dollars automatically once your payment is submitted, so you don't need to worry about having to do anything complicated! To translate our entire website or convert to your currency view the International Help Page
 
What forms of payments do you accept?
You may pay online with any major credit card, if you don't have a credit card you may mail in a money order. All credit card payments are made using Paypal. You DO NOT need a Paypal account to pay, however if you already have a Paypal account then you may use it! For more about mailing money orders, read below!
 
How secure is this store when ordering with my credit card?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Don't worry, we do not have access to your credit card information, however we will have access to your shipping address.
 
How do I pay with a Money Order?
Money orders can be purchased at your local post office or nearest convenient store & MUST BE IN US DOLLARS. Simply shop online and select the "Money Order" payment option during your checkout, follow the directions given once you submit your order & send your money order ASAP to our address. Once your money order is received, you should receive an email confirmation. Orders will not be sent out until your money order is received. If your money order isn't received within 10 business days, then your pending order will be automatically canceled. No refunds may be given for money orders.
 
Ooops, I accidently chose the Money Order payment method, what do I do?
If you chose to pay with a Money Order and want to pay with a credit card or Paypal instead, please contact us immediately so we may cancel your order & your items can go back into the stores inventory. Once your order is canceled, you should receive a notification via email.
 
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has already been shipped then you can NOT cancel your order however, If you paid with a credit card or Paypal and your order hasn't been shipped then you have 48 hours (2 days) after placing your order to contact us about canceling your order. If you selected the Money Order payment method you may contact us at anytime to cancel your order. Money Order payments can NOT be canceled if the money order has already been sent.
 
Do you have a store where I can purchase your items or can i pick up my order?
Monikapolitan does not have a physical location just yet however, you can visit our events page to find out when you can catch Mobile Monikapolitan at events near you! As of right now you may NOT pick up orders from us... because that's just creepy, but if you really insist you can meet me at Hobby Lobby in the miniature dollhouse section because miniature dollhouses are dope.

Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes! It doesn't matter where you are from, Monikapolitan.com ships to anyone and anywhere, all over the world! To view Monikapolitan in your language or currency please click here.
 
Shipping cost depends on how much you order. Orders below 13 ounces will qualify for First-Class shipping, anything higher than 13 ounces will need to go Priority. US First-Class is anywhere from $1.90-$6. US Priority ranges from $6-$15. International First-Class ranges from $2-$15 and International Priority will be anywhere from $20-30. You can calculate the costs before you order by adding items to your cart & hitting the "calculate shipping" button. Please make sure to provide us with your correct shipping address, customers will be responsible for extra shipping costs of returned packages.
 
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Unless you select Express or Express International shipping, please allow 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday) for your order to be processed, packaged, shipped and for your account status to be updated. Express delivery orders placed on Friday by 10:00 AM will not arrive until Monday.

International customers: Due to customs delays, it could take up to a month and a half for an order to arrive (depending on your distance and the customs procedures.) Please read our International Customers page for more.

*Please keep in mind that arrival time refers to delivery time only, this does NOT include the time needed to prepare your order. Most orders are ready to ship within one day of ordering but some orders may take additional time and loving.
 
Can I track my order?
YES! If you receive notification that your order is shipped then you may login to your account at anytime and track your order or recent orders. US customers should receive an email from PayPal once your package is shipped so please check your inbox if your status is marked "shipped" but your tracking number isn't visible. International customers who select the "first class international" shipping method do NOT get detailed tracking numbers however, a LN customs confirmation number will be given as proof of shipment. This confirmation number usually only updates when your package leaves customs and is delivered, however in some cases, no update will appear. If you do not have an account with us and it has been more than 4 business days since you placed your order, you may email us for your tracking or confirmation number.
 
My tracking info always says "Electronic Shipping Info Received" why isn't it updating?
If you are a US customer this will appear when your shipping info was just received, please wait 24 hours for detailed tracking to appear. Detailed tracking can NOT be offered to International customers who choose the "FIRST-CLASS" shipping method which is why you will always see "electronic shipping info received" on your tracking status. This is just a confirmation that your package was received at the local post office and is headed your way!
 
Why does my order status say "Processing"?
When your order status is listed as "Processing," this means that your items have been packaged and are ready to ship or have just been freshly shipped. We input your tracking numbers or confirmations manually about 1-3 times a week, so please be patient while waiting for your status to update.
 
Why were my items shipped in a funny box?
Here at Monikapolitan, I try my best to do my part for the enviroment by recycling! Pop tart, cereal boxes & old magazine pages are a few of my favorite recycled shipping materials, so don't be freaked out if your new fancy dress arrives in a "My Little Pony" fruit snack box... Just smile and say "thank you mother nature!"

How good is the quality of your clothing?
We try to keep all items affordable but also wearable for our customers so the quality of our clothing is as good as it can be for the price! Each item's quality is examined and we try our best to thoroughly describe the materials in the product's description.
 
Most items are one size, how do I know what size I am?
Most of the clothing items are made with stretchable material and/or come with adjustable straps to help fit different body types. Measurements are found on the items description. You can see our sizing chart to better know what size it fits best or you may also take a measuring tape and measure yourself by following our measuring guide also found with our sizing chart. Make sure you measure before you buy!
 
Ahhh! The item I want is sold out or disappeared!?
We try our best to bring back the out of stock items every month however, please be patient because it may take longer. If you saw an item earlier and it is no longer found on the site then chances are that item is NOT coming back... but HEY, it was probably out of season anyway!!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because we are an independent store and inventory is always flowing, we can ONLY offer store credit on returns. Currently ONLY clothing may be returned. Accessories, sunglasses & vintage items can NOT be returned and are a final sale so please order wisely! Clothing must be unworn and in original packing, if original packing is not included a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your credit. You must request an RMA # for your return before sending your unwanted item, returns sent with no RMA # will NOT be accepted. You can issue a return for store credit within 30 days of purchase, to do so please contact us or login to your account, view order and select "Add New RMA." Once we receive your RMA & it is approved, an email with further instructions will be sent!
 
If an item is listed as "PRE-ORDER" next to the products availablilty, then this just means that the item is either brand new or sold out but on the way to our office! There will always be an estimated ship date next to the availability, this means you can still order the item, however it won't ship until around the date given. Please keep in mind that the date is an ESTIMATE of when your item should ship, they may ship a few days sooner or later. If for some reason that item is no longer available, then you will receive a full refund for that item. To see an estimate of when your pre-ordered item should ship, look at the item ID on your order invoice or login to your account & view your order. If you are ordering multiple items at a time, then your order will not ship until all items are in stock unless the pre-ordered item's estimated arrival date is a wait of 3 weeks or more and "this item will ship separately" is stated in the items description.
 
Why is one of my items on back-order or sold out?
If you placed an order and one of your items is on backorder, then the item probably recently sold out but more are on the way. We will notify you via email if this happens. Usually backordered items take up to 2 weeks to arrive. No extra shipping costs are added on back-ordered items. If you wish to change your item to something of the same value that is in-stock then just contact us! If we notify you about a sold out item and receive no response, a full refund or store credit code will be given automatically within 7-10 days of no response.
 
Do you offer your items wholesale?
The only items available for wholesale are sunglasses. We have many styles to choose from (even some that are not listed on our site!) The minimum order is $175 and you must contact us with your info so that we may send you the online catalog with pictures and prices!
